Delivery & Product Return Information
This Returns, Exchanges, and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and delivery of products purchased through the Superb Hyper website in South Africa. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to comply with this policy.
a> Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service (071 237 1402)within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return.
- We may require proof of the damage or defect, such as photographs, a detailed description and the physical product.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for a refund.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
– Certain products, such as perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.
1. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
2. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit, excluding any original shipping charges.
3. Items ordered by accident will not be eligible for an exchange.

Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be limited or subject to additional charges.
b> Delivery Timeframes:
- We strive to deliver your order within the same day or next day.
- Cutoff times for same-day delivery (North Coast) are: 3PM Monday to Friday, 1PM Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Cutoff times for same-day delivery (Durban Metro) are: 3PM Monday to Friday, 1PM Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Cutoff times for same-day delivery (Empangeni/Richards Bay/Maphumulo/Gingindlovu) are: 1PM Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant delays.
- Drivers can wait for a maximum of 5 minutes upon arrival.
- A call will be made to the provided contact number within this waiting period.
- Unanswered deliveries will result in goods being returned and refunded, excluding the delivery charge.
- Your cooperation ensures efficient service for all our customers.
c> Delivery Charges:
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be specified during the checkout process.
- Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests or certain delivery locations.
If any items were not delivered, a cash refund has been placed in the grocery bag with the sticker marked ‘Invoice / Refund’.
